Capítulo 133: Chapter 133: Interrogation

As soon as William saw Marco's expression, he knew that the guy who called Brian yesterday was him. Smiling, he said, "Didn't expect us to find you so quickly, did you? By the way, Brian, could you repeat what you told our Mr. Marco yesterday? Maybe it'll jog his memory about where the girl in the photo is."

"No problem, I'd be happy to repeat it. I said if they released my daughter, I wouldn't pursue them. If not, I would find them and kill them all. And if anything happened to my daughter, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Albania and hunt down their family and friends. I meant every word."

William then turned to Marco and said seriously, "Brian is a great father, isn't he? You heard him, Mr. Marco. Never provoke a father, because not even God knows what cruel things they might do for their children. So, can you tell me where the girl is now, Mr. Marco?"

Marco didn't struggle for long before shaking his head and rasping, "I don't know. We sent her away."

"Where to?" Brian's anxious voice came from the notebook.

"I don't know, I really don't know. It's always the buyers who come to us. I don't know where they took her," Marco replied.

"Heh, you're really disappointing me. That's not very friendly. It seems we haven't reached a consensus yet, Mr. Marco," William said, walking towards the power switch.

Seeing this, Marco was terrified and started to beg, "No, no, please. I really don't know where the girl was taken. Please, let me go."

William ignored Marco's pleas. "Tell me everything you know."

"Please, please, I really don't know," Marco continued to beg. But who was William? He was a man who could kill dozens without blinking. There was no way he would let a scumbag like Marco off just because of a few pleas.

He pressed the switch. This time, Marco bit his tongue from the electric shock, blood mixing with saliva and streaming from his mouth. Seeing that Marco was close to breaking down, William turned off the switch.

Marco took several minutes to regain his senses, his face full of fear and pleading as he mumbled, "I-I don't know, I don't know. Please, let me go. Someone save me."

William was furious that this scumbag's mouth was still so tight, especially after he had just promised Ginny's mother that he would bring Ginny back. William's face darkened as he said, "Do you know? This is a construction site. For the sake of progress, the power system here is very stable. So, the electric chair won't stop working because of a power outage. If I turn this switch on again, it won't stop for days, maybe even weeks. I'm curious what you'll look like after that long."

After finishing, William angrily shouted, "So, tell me everything you know. If you're of no use, then get ready to be electrocuted to ashes, scumbag."

Terrified, Marco looked at William. From his eyes, Marco could tell that William really would do it. To William, Marco was just a madman. "I only know that a guy named Patrick St. Clair is in charge. Whenever we capture a pure girl, he sends someone to take her because pure girls fetch a high price."

Hearing this, William cursed, "Damn it, how could a St. Clair be involved?"

Brian, after some thought, said, "William, it doesn't matter if it's a St. Clair or a St. Louis, please save Ginny. She's only 17. If something happens, I'll take full responsibility."

Brian also knew about the St. Clair family, one of the oldest royal families in Europe. Although no longer nobility, they still held significant power in Europe.

William knew much more than Brian. He knew that Granny Sophie had considerable influence in Scotland, and since they were all members of the secret society, a falling out wouldn't be easy to settle.

While pondering, William suddenly realized something. He mentally cursed himself for being too concerned. As far as he knew, the real St. Clair family now only had Sophie and her grandmother left. This so-called Patrick St. Clair must be an imposter.

Sophie definitely had nothing to do with the underground auction. William only worried that her grandmother might have sent someone posing as a St. Clair to divert attention and make money.

William believed that an old family that had stood for hundreds of years couldn't be as weakened as outsiders thought. The old lady wouldn't be easy to deal with; she had many loyal descendants of the Knights Templar. The most important thing was that William and they were allies.

William thought that he might be able to talk to the old lady. Maybe she really didn't know about this? Although he wasn't confident, he wouldn't easily turn against his allies.

Seeing William's serious and thoughtful expression, Brian, Sam, and Lenore grew nervous, fearing William might abandon them due to concerns about the St. Clair family.

Fortunately, William was a good actor. With the situation unclear, he had no need to and wouldn't tell Brian about his relationship with the St. Clair family.

William said seriously, "Buddy, are your contacts in the CIA really that reliable? I know you won't care who blocks your path to finding your daughter right now, and I'll help you find Ginny. But given that we're dealing with a royal family that has endured for hundreds of years, we must consider what happens after we rescue Ginny."

"I understand. God, thank you so much, William. Rest assured, I will use all my connections to erase any evidence of your involvement in France. I swear on Ginny's honor," Brian solemnly promised.

Seeing Brian swear on his daughter, William nodded. "So, what should we do with this guy?"

"He's useless now, William," Brian said coldly.

"Okay, I understand. I'll go find this Patrick St. Clair. These people really shouldn't have messed with you, Brian. Who knew a father's fury could burn the world? I can't imagine what I'd do if something happened to my child," William said with a laugh.

Brian laughed heartily, "Maybe you'd destroy the entire universe."

This made William laugh as well. "Alright, Brian, I've got work to do. Wait for my good news. Bye, Sam, Lenore."

"God bless us, thank you so much, William," Lenore said.

"Goodbye, William."

William waved to the three and closed the notebook. In front of Marco, he put the notebook into his storage space. There was no way Marco would live now, but William wasn't cruel enough to electrocute him to death. He took out a Glock 17 and shot Marco in the head. Marco fell to the ground.

William hadn't told Brian the truth to gain more gratitude from Brian after safely rescuing Ginny. But if Patrick St. Clair was really connected to the St. Clair family, things would be much simpler.

William worked hard to find Ginny partly because there was no real danger. If he sensed any danger, he would have fled immediately.

The other reason was for future plans. After all, he didn't have many useful connections in the US. Having a life-saving favor would make it easier to deal with Brian and the authorities in the future.
