Capítulo 54: Survive

Looking up at the cloudless sky, Leroy could barely react to anything.

Though the pain was slowly being numbed by his brain, it wasn't that the pain was going away and he was actually becoming better in terms of his health.

No, if he didn't get up and do something then it would only spell his doom.

It was his brain that had been bearing too much physical pain input that was stopping the nerves one by one.

It was a self-defense system, either stopping the pain or overloading itself from all of it.

Finally, a while later, Leroy was completely numb to all the pain coursing through his body.

'Get up, I don't care how but I have to. No matter what' Leroy thought to himself.
