On the next possession, Chizuru passes the basketball to her teammate who scores a layup. Immediately after Suzume passes the ball to Kotone in the paint . Utilizing her height she easily scored a layup.
A player from Misono got free and scores a two pointer off of a pass . Suzume who saw the effectiveness of using Kotone's height passes the ball to her once more. Kotone then scores another easy layup. After quickly inbounding the ball to Chizuru, Misono was able to break down Hachioji's defense enabling Chizuru to score a layup. Haruko who was getting a feel for shooting shots in real game setting shoots another three pointer that swishes.
On Misono's possession Haruko once again steals the basketball from Chizuru and passes it to Kazue who
scores a layup. Chizuru who was competitive shoots a three pointer over Haruko that swooshed. Immediately after sayaka scores a layup. As if they were given a response to the layup that Sayaka scored an opposing player scores a layup.

Kotone as she grabs the rebound. Kotone then quickly passes the basketball to Haruko who dribbled up the court on a fast break with astounding speed. To make up for her mistake Chizuru got back on defense and started guarding Haruko .
Haruko then crosses through her legs and then steps back and shoot a three pointer leaving Chizuru, her teammates and coach speechless as they watched the ball swooshing. Nice one girl said Sayaka as she gave Haruko a high five. Not bad Captain, you really are something else said Kazue. Could it be that this girl is better than me? It seems that way said Chizuru to herself as she started to doubt her capabilities.
On the next possession Haruko steals the basketball from Chizuru and passes it to Kazue who scores a layup. After seizing a perfect opportunity Chizuru's teammate attempted to score a layup however Kotone blocks her and passed the ball to Sayaka who scores a wide open layup.
The opposing players then managed to score another layup however, right after Suzume shoots a two pointer that swishes. After shutting down Misono girl's junior high for what feels like a whole quarter, Haruko scores a two pointer at the sound of the whistle that marked the end of the third quarter.
