In the future, by 2028, many in America's New York City had already plummeted into the Dark Matter World, and even New York City itself had partially fallen as part of human civilization. Based on the timeline, at the earliest by 2030, and at the latest by 2031, all of humanity and human civilization as a whole would descend into the Dark Matter World. Then the entire Earth would lower in dimension, and dark matter would begin to expand into the Solar System and continue to spread outward. Eventually, the Galaxy and neighboring galaxies would become regions of dark matter, creating a new cosmic void.

It could be said that there was no more desperate future than this.
