Capítulo 12: Chapter 12: Nomu Defeated
"Fun! This is fun!" Kazuki shouted aloud as he continued to barrage Nomu with punches.
Bang.
"Hmm?" Kazuki glanced at the Nomu who had caught his punch. "Bastard." A wide smile on his face.
Nomu clenched its fist planning to break Kazuki's hand.
"4% Smash!" Kazuki used his left hand and threw a punch on the Numo's face.
Bang.
A powerful strike, the sheer force made the Nomu stagger.
Kazuki shook his hands. '4%...Just with that punch, it feels like I've used all my energy.'
"K-Kazuki your hand!" Midoriya saw Kazuki's hand bleed.
Kazuki glanced at his hand. 'I'm bleeding.' It was the first time he bled since coming into this world. 'It feels like some of the bones on my hand are broken. This is...Amazing!' Instead of feeling the pain, an even wider smile appeared on his face.
"Amazing! I bled!" Kazuki shouted aloud. He glanced at the Numo who shook its head and regained its footing. "I'll kill you!" Kazuki shouted, he was laughing while his hand continued bleeding. "I'll fucking kill you!"
"H-He's scarier than Bakugo." Mineta trembled pointing at Kazuki.
Kazuki dashed forward. 'I'll give it all in this one blow. 5%....' Kazuki closed the gap between him and the Numo. He pulled back his bleeding right hand. A powerful gust of wind formed under his fist.
"That's...." Shigaraki slowly stood up. His eyes were bloodshot, and he continued scratching his neck. "That kid!"
"Smaaaaaashhhhh!" Kazuki shouted aloud, his fist punched the Nomu's chest.
Pshhhhhhh.
The Numo staggered.
"Did he beat it?" Mineta asked.
The smoke slowly dissipated.
Nomu stood there, blood dripping from its mouth.
"No!" Shigaraki shouted and rushed at Nomu.
A hole in Nomu's chest.
"I fucking did it," Kazuki said, his right hand broken. 'I'm slowly losing consciousness.' Kazuki's body swayed from left to right, slowly he fell to the ground unconscious.
Bakugo, Kirishima, and Shoto arrived at the scene.
'He killed that?' Bakugo halted looking at the dead monster on the ground.
"Nomu!" Shigaraki shouted. "The game is not over yet!"
Slowly the Nomu stood up. The hole in its stomach quickly healed.
"You think you can kill Nomu that easily? The game is not over heroes!" Shigaraki shouted.
Everyone shuddered in fear. Aizawa's eyes continued bleeding due to his overuse of his quirk.
"Stand back!" Allmight shouted.
"A-Allmight!" Mineta bawled his eyes.
Allmight appeared in front of Nomu. He looked back at Kazuki who lost consciousness. 'That kid.' He shakes his head and positions his arms.
'I-I can't hold out.' Aizawa's eyes continued bleeding, and he blinked.
At that moment, Kurogiri used his quirk and quickly grabbed Nomu and Shigaraki. "Farewell heroes." Kurogiri said.
"You!" Allmight rushed but it was too late.
The three disappeared.
Allmight clenched his fists. 'They escaped! I came here too late!' Allmight gnashed his teeth. He took a deep breath and turned his head.
Aizawa lost consciousness as well.
"We're here!" The other teachers at UA arrived. But the battle was already over.
Immediately those who could still move helped the heroes contain the other villains.
Kazuki and Aizawa were rushed to the hospital.
"Ouch." Shigaraki slowly stood up. "All the underlings were defeated in an instant. Those kids, especially that brat." Shigaraki scratched his neck. "That brat." His head filled with thoughts of the boy he had encountered. "We lost completely...Even Nomu was defeated."
"We were just not prepared enough." A voice from the TV screen said. "Yes, we underestimated them. It's good that we did it under that cheap 'League of Villains' name. What about my joint creation, Nomu?"
"He lost. To a kid." Kurogiri said.
"What? After all, we did to make him as powerful as Allmight. Did a kid beat him? Well, I suppose it cannot be helped." The voice on the TV said.
"That kid, I'll kill him the next time I see him. If he hadn't gotten in the way. The plan was going to succeed. Nomu would have fought Allmight." Shigaraki's eyes are bloodshot.
Meanwhile in UA's ward.
Kazuki slowly opened his eyes. He sat up and glanced at his right and left arm. 'It's healed.'
"Brat you're awake," Aizawa said. "You could have gotten yourself killed." Aizawa's hand had a cast, and his face was covered in bandages.
"Sensei?" Kazuki tilted his head. "But aren't I alright?"
Tick marks appeared on Aizawa's head. "You!" He stopped midway and sighed. "Thanks." He said in a low tone.
"What for?" Kazuki asked.
"For saving me. If it weren't for you, I would have died." Aizawa said looking out the window. "You've got potential kid, don't do that again. It'll be a waste if you die at a young age."
Kazuki smiled in response. "Thanks, I won't die. But that doesn't mean I won't do it again Sensei."
Aizawa sighed once again. He stayed silent and asked. "Your quirk, was shockwave right? You named it Crush, an enhanced power from shockwave."
Kazuki nodded his head. "Why are you asking about my quirk sensei?"
"It didn't look like a shockwave quirk." Aizawa narrowed his eyes looking at Kazuki. "It was different when I saw you fight. You created shockwaves, but it wasn't your quirk. Tell me."
Kazuki chuckled in response. "Why do I have to tell you that sensei? Every hero must have a trick of their own, and my quirk is my trick." Kazuki paused and continued. "But you were right with your first guess."
Aizawa smiled. "Using my own words against me huh? Fine keep it to yourself, I'll know somehow."
Kazuki smiled in response.
"Young Kazuki!" Allmight entered the door. "Aizawa! I'm glad you two have recovered." Allmight gave thumps up to Kazuki. "You did an excellent job Kazuki!"
Kazuki nodded his head. "I'm going to take a call." Kazuki left the ward, he wanted to call his family.
Meanwhile inside the ward.
"They're powerful, they call themselves the 'League of Villains' If it weren't for Kazuki I would have died," Aizawa said and touched his broken arm. "The presumed leader's quirk can decay anything he touches," Aizawa said.
"I see.." Allmight nodded his head.
Meanwhile inside the UA building. The students gathered together, it was their first time-fighting real-life villains.
"We need to get stronger.." Momo said and clenched her fist.
The others stayed silent, but they were thinking the same thing.
