ASHLEY'S POV

It was just a kiss. I tried to tell myself, but it hurt, and maybe it was because I had started having feelings for him.

But I loved Ryder... Damn! I was just messed up.

I entered my room and began to pack my bag. I didn't want to kill myself this time around; I just wanted to run away.

I didn't want anyone to say they loved me or feel anything for me, but I started packing slowly. Deep down, I wanted to forgive him. I hated to admit it, but I still loved him.

"Hey, Ashley, please let me in." Dante was banging on my door.

"Get away please!" Sobs racked through my body. But as much as I screamed that, I didn't want him to go.

"Ashley, please let me in."

"Go—"

Dante threw my door to the ground. "What is wrong with you?" I screamed.

"I'm sorry, Ashley, please listen to me." Dante leaned closer and held my hands.
