Capítulo 317: Better get comfortable

The next morning, I woke up feeling... well, fantastic, to put it mildly. My limbs were heavy, my muscles both deliciously sore and reluctantly awake, and as I shifted, every little ache and stretch reminded me exactly why I felt so thoroughly spent.

Carmen was still next to me, sprawled out in the most relaxed position, looking utterly content.

I let out a small sigh, trying to will myself out of bed, but just the thought of standing up seemed ambitious. I lay there for a few more moments, basking in the warm glow of last night's memories.

Eventually, though, I had to get up, and when I finally did, I quickly realized I was not moving with my usual grace. My legs felt like jelly, and my walk... well, "normal" wouldn't exactly describe it.
