I was in the courtyard, overseeing the training of our new recruits, when Lilith approached me, her expression serious. "My queen, we have visitors. A delegation from a neighboring demon kingdom."
I raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Visitors? What do they want?"
"They claim to seek an alliance," Lilith replied, her eyes narrowing. "But there's something about them that feels... off. I don't trust their intentions."
I nodded, understanding her caution. "Bring them to the throne room. Let's see what they have to say."
The throne room was filled with a tense silence as the delegation entered. There were five of them, tall and imposing demons dressed in ornate armor. Their leader, a demon with crimson skin and sharp, piercing eyes, stepped forward and bowed slightly.
"Greetings, Queen Emily," he said, his voice smooth and oily. "I am Lord Azazel, representative of the Demon King Kuroth. We come with a proposition."
