Vulcan's POV

"I don't do BDSM, Eleanor. I don't want to anymore. Can't you see that?" I pleaded.

"Then walk away, Vulcan. Prove me wrong and walk away from me. I'm not standing in your way," she drawled callously.

But I couldn't. I just couldn't turn my back and leave.

I said nothing, and she turned to look my way. "If you don't want to leave, then come kiss me. Let's get this over with," she said, her tone smooth as silk.

A chill ran down my spine at her words. "Alright," I conceded. "Let's get this over with, Eleanor. This will be the last time."

Her gaze shifted to surprise, and she sat upright. "Last time, I promise. Come," she said, opening her arms for me to step into.

I cautiously rounded the table and approached her. She pulled me into a tight embrace, but I didn't return the gesture, keeping my muscles stern.
