"What are you doing here, and why is your face all bandaged?" asked Mary, who quietly sat down next to Felicia. The aura that Felicia radiated was very dark and evil, and Mary could feel it.

When she saw that Felicia wasn't responding, Mary turned questioningly to Mrs. Evans.

Mrs. Evans sighed before speaking: "She was charged with sending thugs to rape Erika". She didn't want to reveal to Mary that Felicia, her daughter-in-law, had cheated on her stepson. It would only make things worse for Felicia since they would be in the same prison cell.

"What?!" Mary exclaimed. "Please tell me she was successful".

Mrs. Evans shook her head: "Erika managed to escape".

"That bitch! She's become too clever lately," said Mary before turning back to Felicia, who appeared not to want to join in their conversation. "But why is her face so battered?" She didn't address anyone in particular.
