Capítulo 39: Chapter 36
Putting the severed heads into the storage scroll, I stood up and examined the leftover Leaf ninjas
"Are you guys alright?" I asked.
"Yes Usagi-sama! All thanks to you, but these people...." one of the ninja's spoke up, his one eye was gone for good, but the bastard speaks fine and all, like suffering fron such an injury is nothing to him as he looked at the corpses floating in the sea they created.
"Do not be sad, these people are the heroes of Konoha, bravely laying down their lives for the safety of their family and the village, we should honor their sacrifice by avenging them," I stood straight as I delivered my speech, I meant each word that I said.
The war had made me closer to these people who fought for the village and its peace, I don't know about world peace and stuff but the third ninja war was just a scam started by the other parties. And I was going to make them regret ever targeting the leaf.
I do need a place to settle down after all, and seeing as I couldn't change my home world, battling the incoming foes is only natural.
"Sigh...yes! You are right. Usagi-sama, guys, let's go and support the guys on the east end!" The ninja I was just talking to ate a pill and started using shunshin to run, followed by the others.
I still had half my chakra left so I could go for another round of fighting, the other ninja had their fights and I had my own.
Leaving the corpses behind after thoroughly searching them, I left for the battlefield. I am pretty sure my war merit is through the roof by now.
I have already killed six Kekkei Genkai ninja and several other ninja on the rock front, though that doesn't mean we have won the war, in fact, we are cornered rats in this war.
Besieged by all the villages from all sides.
Even some smaller villages have shown their true colors to us, now even Shisui and most of the other Sharingan users have been called back, and sent to the Mist village front to fight off against their hidden Mist technique.

Here I was sitting around the campfire with Anko and the others, everyone had a grave expression on their faces as we ate our food.
"When will the war end?" Anko asked no one in particular as she looked at the fire burning, i threw some firewood into the fire, causing it to blaze with fury,
"Sigh...no one knows," replied the Inazuka kid, petting his ninken, perhaps a way for him to cope with what he had seen.
The war was unfair, plunging kids that were as little as seven to ten years old into the battle, the ground of the land of grass had long since turned blood red with ours and the enemy's blood.
"Perhaps when one of us wins or loses...." The other kid spoke with a sigh.
"I heard from my father, he says the situation isn't looking good, only a miracle can save Konoha," He spoke further,
"What are you guys brooding for! Let the adults figure it out, you focus on surviving, besides, we have the three sannin, Hokage-sama, and the famous Ino-Shika-Cho formation. There is no way we are gonna lose!" I retorted, smacking the back of the Inuzuka clan kid as he glared at me.
'Besides...we also have Minato namikaze and his suicide Kannabi bridge mission!' I muttered under my breath, although Minato is a famous ninja, and his tale of singlehandedly turning the tide of battle and destroying the supply line of Rock Village is what puts a stop to the war.
Followed by the third stepping down from his position as Hokage, ushering a new era for everyone until his untimely death.
I went ahead and separated from the trio, strolling around the camp, taking notes on the injured and providing help however I could. Though I'm not particularly a compassionate fellow, but seeing these guys, with whom I am on talking terms, die under the hands of Rock ninjas really pisses me off.
'Damn it! Wait till I get a bloodline, preferably Sharingan or Senju, the chakra boost will be insane,' I thought as I made my way into the commander's tent to claim the bounties.
What surprised me was that my bounty had also skyrocketed, the Cloud Village had taken note of me, a user of lightning chakra mode outside of their village really pissed them, plus the Rock Village was also angry that I killed their precious ninja.
'Come and bite me bitch!'

The system asked me as I pulled my sword out of my enemy's heart, the life escaped the ninja's eyes as it fell onto the blood-soaked ground.
"Usagi-sama! So strong!" The ninjas around me cheered, not caring to cover their own injuries.
I shook my head as I looked at the battlefield...this was too much, even for me, I, who started out as someone who wanted to protect the village at all cost, now felt the real reason why most battle-hardened people usually avoided wars.
Putting aside the conflicted thoughts in my mind, I cleaned my blade and rushed back to camp after making sure our scout team was out of danger.
In these four months, I have grown to 5'8 ft, I got back to camp and washed off the blood, if I could, I would have kept the lightning chakra mode active at all times, since it provides me a cover from all this blood.
My chakra reserves have broken through to low Jonin levels, though Chakra control is still at Peak Chunin since I have been maiming and killing these past few months.
'System! Claim the Senju bloodline for me,' I asked as I sat down on my bed, as for going somewhere to keep my overwhelming chakra boost from scaring someone, the system already told me that no such thing would happen.
[Ding! The host has claimed the Senju Bloodline,Shingetsu bloodline has been absorbed]
As soon as the system spoke, I felt my chakra spike inside my body, my body felt tingly all over as I felt my bones issue a popping sound, and my heart sped up in response.
I let out a sigh of relief seeing as the chakra didn't seep out, perhaps only a little.
