Caspian felt affronted by this, "Of course not, what do you take me for?"

"So, when did you wake up?" The Alpha insisted, and he could hear the laughter in his voice.

Caspian was really contemplating hanging up then, Asher taking the time to check up on him was nice, but why did this feel like an interrogation?

"At noon," He admitted with a grumble, "But why is it so important when I wake up anyway, I'm not exactly busy."

"I had a feeling you wouldn't remember…"

"Remember what?" Caspian asked in a rush, cutting in. He felt self-defensive for some reason, and Asher sounding like he was a second away from breaking into laughter didn't help.
