Capítulo 36: The Bastard Had Taken A Hostage

Ferrari's lips flattened in amusement, "I see no woman can forget my performance in bed." He slid his phone into his coat and tossed his gaze towards me. I swiftly pulled down on the cap and looked away.

Camille clicked her tongue at the same time the elevator made a ding, "Don't get over your head, I had an itch and you scratched it." She hissed, while stepping out of the elevator.

I tried to step out alongside her, but a strong pull on my elbow pulled me back in. And as Camille trotted towards Jasmine's hospital room, I could only helplessly watch her through the closing elevator doors, until she was out of sight.

"You bastard-" I stopped myself from speaking, realizing that I had blown my fucking cover.

Still holding my elbow he retorted, "You broke our deal."

I withdrew my hand, "I couldn't give a shit about that." Wiping my hand against my shirt, I reached for the elevator's buttons with the other.
