An Hao brought the breakfast back to the dormitory, calling for Gu Shuangshuang and Zhang Juan to get up and eat.
Zhang Juan, holding her washbasin, went to the washroom to wash her face and brush her teeth. With her hair in a disheveled mess, Gu Shuangshuang climbed out of bed while An Hao sat on her own bunk, her complexion seeming somewhat off.
"What's wrong with you? Are you feeling unwell?" Gu Shuangshuang rarely saw An Hao in such a state, so she crawled over to touch her forehead.
"I'm fine," An Hao said, gently pushing Gu Shuangshuang's hand away. "Cheng Yu came back."
"Cheng Yu?!! How can she have the face to come back?" Gu Shuangshuang exclaimed in shock. "Didn't her father promise you before? Why would they let someone with mental issues return? Was that promise just lip service?"
