Capítulo 11: An Offer

Hearing his question, Maisie nodded gently. Then, she took off all the silver needles she had placed on him and stepped aside to let the doctor have a look at him.

"Mr. Stunder, there is nothing to be worried about. This young miss took very good care of you before I arrived; otherwise, it would have been fatal."

"Thank you," Zachary says to the doctor.

"Alright, I will get going now. If you need anything, give me a call.

Saying this, he turned to Maisie. 

She understood his request and decided to walk him to the door.

"Miss, what have you decided? Will you be my teacher, please?" Dr. Wester asked anxiously. He was afraid Maisie would not agree to his request.

"Doctor, I don't know very much, but I will try my best to teach you all that I know, but I will decide the time; you decide the place."
