Capítulo 192: Monday, Joke's On You

On a regular week, Emily was part of that group of people who just woke up in the morning, and said "Mondays" and then proceeded to trudge their way through the rest of the day, not really enjoying it. 

The only difference was that, for her, that did not just end with Mondays. For Emily, every single day had been a Monday.

The effects of having too little sleep, often meaning that she was always in survival mode. Just trying her best to be a functional human being for a few hours and make it through the day so that she could suffer through the night, and then make it through yet another day. 

That had been her entire routine. A boring day to day, with no end in sight. It had been a depressing one, but it had been her own. Something that she was used to. Something that she could deal with. But right now Emily had no idea how she had ever made it through the day feeling anything other than what she was feeling that Monday…which was fantastic.
