Capítulo 80: Conditional Help

Elder Lin had gotten younger as she stood kneeling in front of Aaron.

Aaron flashed a grin. "Or should I call you by your true name… Artemis?"

Elder Lin remained silent for a few seconds before finally speaking.

"Whichever—,"

Hearing her voice sound old like she had kept it whenever she took on her form of accepted persona 'Elder Lin', Artemis cleared her throat and returned her voice to what it naturally was.

She was a beautiful woman of average height with hair that was reddish-brown and braided and a mole underneath the corner of her left eye towards its ear end.

"Whichever you choose, my master."

Aaron was greatly pleased with Artemis' presence. Just like he had anticipated, his comrade was in the world.

If Artemis was here already, maybe there were more yet to be discovered.

"Master…"

Aaron stared down at her as she called on him. "What is it?"

"I would like to ask a question if you will permit me."
