Capítulo 24: Pregnant

"What?!" I cried out, heart flying into my throat. I blinked once then twice, unable to comprehend or process what the nurse has just said. I was literally yet to process what I'm actually doing here and how I got here to begin with.

A smile stretched over the nurse's face and she leaned down and placed a hand over my shoulder.

"You're pregnant!" She announced through a smile and I blinked once again in utter confusion. I waited a few seconds before clearing my throat and then I swallowed the lump in my throat as I made to speak.

"I- you must be mistaken, I'm not pregnant." I mumbled, my voice sounding way deeper and raspier than it usually is. I stared down at myself, at the white dress gown I was in and I silently wondered how I got here. The last thing I remembered was passing out on the ground in the street.
