THIRD PERSON'S POV
King David kept playing the scenarios that happened that night, guilt, extreme anger, helplessness, and sadness taking over him.
It was no one's fault but him.
If he hadn't lost his control over his emotions and had gotten into that affair, that one-night stand, then he wouldn't have had this son, and that wretched woman wouldn't have dared to play such a big game with him.
David gulped.
He kept thinking about everything, and tears rolled down his cheeks, forcing him to cover his face with his hands.
Why couldn't he see it?
He had gotten Ethan's mom killed because he didn't want to invite that woman into their palace, as he loved his wife a lot.
Though he slipped that night at one of the ministerial meetings in the private club, it didn't mean he didn't love his family.
