Other than those ferocious creatures, Emrys also noticed that he was embraced by a water bubble.

Yes, he was lying inside a huge water bubble. This bubble not only kept the surrounding water at bay, creating a barrier around him, but it also provided him with air to breathe. The bubble seemed to shimmer with a soft light, casting a gentle glow on Emrys and his surroundings. 

The water outside the bubble was dark and deep, filled with shadowy shapes which are those ferocious transparent creatures that darted through the gloom. Yet, inside the bubble, it was calm and still. It was as if the bubble was a protective cocoon in the midst of an underwater abyss.

As he lay there, the reality of his situation began to sink in. The bubble was keeping him safe, providing him with the air he needed to survive in this underwater world. Without it, he would be at the mercy of the cold, dark water and the creatures lurking just beyond the thin barrier.
