The day ended with no scene or incredible moments. Adam returned to his new quaters, where he met John fast asleep. This was a good thing for Adam at this moment.

"Let's check my gains from my fight with redhead. I'm really getting excited about this." Adam felt confident that his lucky star was bright and he would gain incredible things after confirming how real the system was.

Adam felt satisfied with his improvement before commenting on his progress. "Wow! My physical and overall stats went up a bit. Well, I'll have to focus on my daily routines."

Adam didn't wait any moment before he went down the underground facility, where he could perform all the routine in a go.

Three hours passed and John woke up from his nap. He couldn't find Adam around the main floor of the facility, so he decided to head to the last floor.

"Holy shit!"

John was pertubed by the sight he just caught with his emrald green eyes. Adam was lifting a weight of over 70kg.

"H-How many reps have you done before I came?" John inquired what the extent this low level guy. What intrigued John more was how strong Adam's presence was compared to before.

"Well... 100 reps now."

Adam's mere gesture made John almost puke blood, making him feel the metallic taste stuck in his throat. It was normal for a superhuman to lift more than that, only if they had reached level 10. But Adam waas an anormaly from the start which made John to cocur to this fact while nodding his head.

"Now I understad why you ooze of a chilly aura, an anormaly that only occurs when a superhuma awakens an ability at rare grade. I'm so happy bro!"

Adam felt warm when John patted him. It had been long since felt like somebody would want to talk to him or even hang out with him. With this person closeby, he didn't have to worry about his future plans.

"Well John, I'm at level 5 currently and I just thought it would be best if I learnt skills with affinity to my ability awakened."

John knew with the little head scratching gesture that Adam was absolutely clueless about how this whole thing went. And he would take his time to educate him on how it really worked.

"You see, skiils could be learnt from skill books and you could get one from the facility library to learn any at the moment. A supurhuman must reach a level of potential to learn a skill, if not it would be worthless. These skill books are divided into grades with different levels just like superhuman awakenings. From level 1 to 10 for every common, uncommon, earthen, rare, elite, epic, legendary, unique and last of all, origin grade."

With this basic knowledge, Adam nodded in understanding how it all worked when something similar popped up into his head. This was a crazyIdea he just came to realise.

'If potential is the same as my free potential points, then my reward is still valid. I have tofind out more.'

With this in mind, Adam decided to skip thoughts and ask his vital question of utmost concern.

"Doesthis potential have a relstionship with physical capabilities or is just a weird thing."

John smiledwhen he heard this question. He knew how smart Adam was to have seen through the shades of the little trick genes played behind the scenes.

"Kind of. When this special force builds up in you, you will feel the untold inspiration to make a breakthrough. That's the potential. You could decide to strengthen your physical capabilities by channeling your vigorous genes to level up, or you spend your potential on it, or even train to increase it little by little."

With everything he needed to know, Adam was ready for the craziest scenarios he may encounter in the future.
