Capítulo 2: THE LEGENDARY FLASH MARRIAGE
The next morning,
Kevin King woke up and stared at the woman sleeping next to him.
Her lashes covered her eyes like a fan, Her face was peacefully rosy and he felt like pinching her fat cheek.
Just yesterday, his girlfriend/soon to be fiancee left him for some music producer just because he wanted to sign a pre- nuptial agreement. As expected, it was all for the money.
He had to hurriedly find a wife to present to his family in three weeks time and he had to make sure that she wasn't scandalous or after the family's wealth. He was lost in thoughts that he didn't notice when the woman next to him opened her eyes.
Melody Maxwell opened her eyes, how was this possible? She hadn't been able to sleep without pills or calming tea since she was 9, how come?
She calmly stood up and examined her torn clothes ignoring the man next to her.
' Don't you have anything to say to me?' Kevin King says. He felt as if he had being used and dumped.
' What should I say? Oh yes!' Melody tapped herself lightly and then took the man's clothes and wore them then she opened her purse and brought out 50 crests (Fiesta Country currency equivalent to 25 dollars.)
' This is for last night.' Melody Maxwell says as she hands over the note to him.
' Are you giving me 50 crests?' Kevin says black lines stretching across his forehead. Did he look like a gigolo?
' Of course not. Give me change of 40. With your lousy skills, you dare ask for 50.' Melody Maxwell replies.
If Kevin King hadn't slept with her and knew she was a virgin, he would have suspected that she was the madam of a brothel. And what did she mean by lousy skills? Wait one moment! Why was this woman wearing his clothes?
' What? Why are you staring at me? Don't tell me you want to propose some kind of flash marriage?' Melody Maxwell asks.
Flash marriage? That wasn't a totally bad idea. Kevin King thought.
' Sure we can get married.' Kevin King says.
' Ha, in your dreams. If you will excuse me I have to go. I will reluctantly give you the 50 crests.' Melody Maxwell says as she used the large belt to tighten the trousers, the she picked up her bag and walked out with a mask on her face.
Outside,
Peter was drinking coffee when he saw a woman walking out of his boss's room in his boss's clothes. If not for the protruding chest and backside, he would never dare to guess it was a woman.
Was it Miss Sophia Carter? No that can't be.
Peter rushed into the room where he saw Kevin King who looked like he was having a cardiac arrest.
' Boss, who was that?' Peter asks.
' Go and investigate Melody Maxwell.' Kevin King says through clenched teeth.
Peter found the name familiar and he traced the name to the woman from the previous evening.
Was she the woman who just left? He shivered when he remembered how she smashed the specially modified Maybach
Parking lot,
Melody Maxwell was rejoicing as she had gotten the alert of her resignation approval however her smile suddenly fades when she reads the additional clauses.
She had to start a career as a singer in the entertainment industry and worst of all she had to get married.
The document explained that it was to prevent her agent identity to be discovered.
What nonsense! What happened to her plans for hibernation? When could she finally enter seclusion. Most importantly, where could she find a husband? Because she had just a month to upload her marriage certificate.
Yes! The strange man from the hotel.
She ran back inside.

Melody Maxwell Star, 19 years, Orphaned with three male siblings, graduate of Longview University studied Mathematics and Music and Arts, currently unemployed and single.
Kevin read the information and couldn't find anything strange.
' What do you think about that woman?' Kevin King asks.
' What?' Peter asks stunned.
' Melody Maxwell.' Kevin King says.
' She's fearless and looks domineering. I wish I could wrap her up and send her to the second faction.' Peter replies.
The second faction was the second branch of the King family that competed with the main branch of the Kings.
' Boss, Why did you ask?' Peter asks curiously.
' I think she would make a good Mrs King at least to shut those old things up.' Kevin replied.
' I agree with you. She's very eloquent, she...' Peter was saying but a commotion was heard from outside.
' What do you mean your boss says noone is allowed? F*ck Your Boss! I'm going in.' A woman's voice was heard clearly.
By the time the two men came out, the guards were all on the ground.
Melody sighted the Kevin King and says,
' Hey Mister, Let's get married.'
An hour later,
Melody and Kevin were out holding their marriage certificate. As it was Monday, there were not many people. Melody sighted, she had just had the legendary flash marriage.
Jeremy, Aiden and Tony rushed to the civil affairs court and quickly sighted Melody.
' Mother Mel, you are get married already.'
' Mother what sort of shock is this.'
' Mother Mel who is he?'
Melody was amused by their disheveled appearance and unending questions.
' Take a chill pill guys. I just got married after *cough cough* last night issues. Guys, this is...' Melody says till she realised, she didn't know her supposedly husband's name.
' Dear Mr Husband, what is your name?' Melody says.
All eyes turned to her. Peter suddenly felt sorry for his boss.
Kevin suddenly felt that the woman next to him was a hooligan. She broke his windshield, took advantage of him, stole his clothes and got married to him but still didn't know his name.
He suppressed his dissatisfaction and said ' My name is Kevin King.'
' You are Jimmy King's brother?' Melody says with surprise.
' Yes. Do you know him?' Kevin says staring at her.
' Who doesn't know their own country's president?' Melody says.
' Right.Guys, this is my husband Kevin King. Mr K, this are my younger brothers, Jeremy, Aiden and Anthony.' Melody says.
Peter's eyes twitched. He knew these three.

Wasn't Aiden White Star the most popular and talented Celebrity chef?
If he clearly remembered, they were all in their mid twenties but this Miss Ma.. no no.. Mrs King was just 19
