Capítulo 6: Chapter 6
In the Grand Elder's room,
The room was well lighted from the lamps and also from the slightly coming rays of light of the morning sun from the windows.
The room was decorated with many treasures and antiques.
There is also beautiful paintings hung on the wall, which looked like it was real.
In the middle of the room is a king sized bed on which the Grand Elder of the family 'Lambert Von' is laying in coma.
It was very minimal but his hands had slightly moved some moments ago.
"Ahhh."
Lambert woke up startled but the slight pain from his body stopped him from jumping from the bed.
Covered in sunlight, the man layed on the bed.
Observing the room filled with different antiques, he sighed and released a bitter smile.
" Looks like I lost my chance of watching my grandchild grow up."
He started to think about the fight he and his son had to do against the three people who wore masks, to protect his daughter in law.
In that fight he had killed one of them and injured the other two but before retreating they had attacked him with a poison and after some days, he had fell in coma.
He tried to use the Meteorite energy and found that the poison in his body and all his injuries had already healed. And the pain is only from not moving his body for a long time.
As he was observing his body, the door opened and a servant entered.
"Ahh, Grand Elder you woke up, I will quickly go and tell the Leader."
Before Lambert can stop him, he was already gone.
After some minutes, Lambert heard some footsteps arriving quickly towards his room.
The door opened and his Son and Daughter in Law entered.
John seeing his father awake quickly moved towards his bed with his wife and hugged him.
"We really missed you, Father."
They both said and started to cry slightly.
"Ahh what are you both crying, I am already awake so relax."
Lambert hugged them and also felt slightly emotional.
They stayed like that for sometime then Lambert broke the silence.
" How much time it has been since I fell in the coma."
"It has already been 3 years, father." John replied.
"Ahh that long, then Alice you should have already become a mother." Lambert asked slightly emotional.
"Yes Father, he is already 3 Years Old and is very mature for his age. We also named him Jack as you had said." Alice said, and she looked very happy right now seeing her Father in law awake after so long.
Lambert looked very sad as he thought about the missed days with his family.
" Don't be sad father, if it isn't for you we would have been already dead." John said.
They stayed silent for sometime then Lambert broke the silence.
"Alright, now tell me the repercussions which have happened because of my health these years." He asked looking at his son.
"Well, Father it is not good." John said very sadly.
"Continue."
John sighed then said "In these years, we have lost many resources to other territories."
"And the Stigma Family, now want to overthrow us from the ruler of the largest territory of the Jade Kingdom by supporting our subordinate Kyle Family."
"In these years the Kyle Family has started to become more bold and had stopped giving us taxes on time but I didn't do anything as they still gave them."
John said everything about the problems occurred in these years.
"Hmm, looks like we have to send someone to spy on them about why they are doing this or more specifically how much they are confident in doing this."
Lambert replied after thinking and trying to find a solution for this insubordination.
They also can't attack them because it will be unreasonable and the Kyle Family has still didn't done anything serious.
"Alright, now take me to my grandchild." Lambert said enthusiastically.
"Father you shouldn't move right now, I will bring him here." Alice said as she exited the room to go to her child.
In Jack's room,
He has been very vigorously meditating these days and is slowly starting to sense the Meteorite energy in the people 5 metres away from him.
He had once tried to sense his father's energy when he was sleeping and couldn't.
He deduced that as his father is very high level, it will take him more time to sense his energy.
Just as he stood up from his meditation session, his door opened and his mother entered.
" Jack, your grandfather has woken up so let's go to meet him."
Alice quickly took hold off Jack and ran to the Grand Elder's room without hearing his response.
As Jack entered his grandfather's room, he can see him sitting on the bed looking at him.
"Ah my grandchild is so cute, come Jack sit beside me." Lambert said as he saw his grandchild.
Jack didn't say anything and sat beside his grandfather.
" Jack, I am your grandfather Lambert and you can call me Grandpa."
Lambert looked at his grandchild as he said.
"Alright Grandpa."
Hearing his grandchild call him grandpa a big smile formed on his lips as he played with his cheeks.
They stayed there talking about thier life in these years and after an hour or so they left his room.
This was a very big day for the Von Family, so a banquet was arranged in the night.
Everyone was happy during the banquet and Lambert also attended it while sitting on a chair.
After that everyone went to sleep as it was a busy day.
