Capítulo 55: Enjoyment

The first clothing store we entered had tailored clothes neatly folded on a central long table, with more clothes stacked on shelves along the walls. The aisles were narrow, and the shop felt cramped, but it seemed well-stocked.

"So? It's nice, right?" Fran asked.

I replied, "Yeah, it's a nice place," and then asked the question I had been holding back.

"Why are you wearing a hood even inside the store?"

Fran had been wearing a hood ever since we left the inn.

But before Fran could answer, Al started to panic.

"Uh, well, that's... Fran, is it okay to tell him?"

"Of course not," Fran said.

Of course, Al was flustered, but Fran just laughed at him.

It didn't seem like she was hiding something just because she had a pretty face and wanted to avoid attention or because she was sensitive to sunlight.
