Capítulo 220: Passing the forest

The tentacles of that thing seemed to have a mind of their own because as soon as Ezra popped out of the shadow space, another tentacle was headed for him.

But he had already sensed it with shadow sense, so dodging it was not an issue. He sidestepped while parrying the tentacle.

He charged at the Hydra and leaped into the air, slashing down with full force. The Hydra used its tentacles to block.

Ezra's attack slashed through the tentacles but was unable to hit the Hydra itself. He leaped back a bit and recollected himself for another attack, then charged at the Hydra.

"Lucy, Seth, make a full distraction for me," Ezra said.

Lucy and Seth did exactly that, casting rank two spells at the same time through their shadow weapons, which boosted the attack.

The lightning and flames hit the Hydra with a loud bang, destroying a ton of its tentacles and buying Ezra enough time to release a massive shadow blade that cut the Hydra at the main body.
