Oberon slept peacefully while Nyx sat on the bed looking lost. During their intercourse, she tried as much as possible not to yield into Oberon marking her as his mate, she did not want that.

"That was close enough," she exhaled deeply.

Looking at him at the other side of the bed, she rolled her eyes, "It was meant to be pleasure based, not.." she held her head in regret when she remembered she had allowed him to take over instead of her being in charge.

"Made a mistake, again," she said pitifully.

She got down from the bed and headed to the bathroom, whatever she did, she should not be seen.

After doing her thing, she dressed up hurriedly, she didn't want to wake him up so she had to do it quickly and quietly.

"Curse my passions!" She muttered under her breath.

She headed to the door and opened it as quietly as she could, and left the room.
