Capítulo 165: Lady Brienda

They are Ladies that are like Lion-Like fierce Ladies.

There were Ladies who superseded five men put together.

And then there were Ladies who sat at the very heart of power; domineering and simply terrifying.

But then, there was Lady Brienda, who was neither of the above, but neither was she nothing.

"Marenda, it's been long since these weary eyes have been set on you. Seeing how rather youthful you still are, it reminds me of just how old I am getting." Lady Brienda said as she took in Marenda and Sephina that interrupted her prayers. She was kneeling before the altar of Gloptra, the god of Dragonia.

Marenda chuckled, bowing before the lady. "Lady Brienda." She greeted. The woman's hands were speedily hovering over the beads she was using in prayers, and neither Marenda's presence nor that of her niece fazed her.
