Capítulo 35: A Little Home

Astor had found a little haven in the training room. It was the place he felt the most comfortable, maybe because his sweat had soaked the mattresses there many times or maybe because he had wiped his blood from the floor again and again, this place felt as if it had a part of himself in it.

He liked the wide windows and the scent of an intense workout, he liked to hear himself pant as he practiced and he found himself getting stronger and stronger. The werewolf had never been rewarded for anything in his life and this place seemed to be the one handing him the most recognition.

Here he bonded with Nash as they clashed swords, here he laughed with Niss every time he would slip and land on his face during an exercise. Every little moment, every day, rainy or sunny, was better if he knew he was going to end up here.
