"Did I mention that you look rather handsome today?" Xinghua said as he'd held Ísar close, both of them having a little slow dance at the far back of the hall.
Ísar felt his cheeks warm, his face pressed on the older boy's shoulder as Xinghua rocked them back and forth.
"Only a hundred times or so," Ísar mumbled, still not used to Xinghua's random compliment attacks. He'd been doing so since they'd met but it had only become worse after the childish proposal.
"Just needed to say it as much to emphasize the words," Xinghua teased with a laugh, his chin resting on top of Ísar's head. "I wish for time to stop at this moment."
"I don't."
Ísar raised his head to look up at his fiancé with a cheeky boyish smile, a look that was foreign for him to make but had appeared with more ease than he'd have expected.
"Time has merely begun for me. Plus, I am looking forward to annoying you later down the road."
