"Not only am I ignored for almost two weeks, maybe even three, but now you're rushing me into some secluded room like a dark secret," Osayi said with a big smile on his face as Ísar rushed him into the greeting room of the ground floor.
He'd asked Gaston to excuse himself for the day and speak no word of the Southern Prince's appearance until Ísar figured out what was going on. He didn't miss the rejected look on the young lord's face, even as Gaston nodded, but he planned on dealing with that later. The random appearance of the son of the gods was to take his highest priority in that moment.
He was about to say something else in that joking tone of his but as soon as Ísar had shut the door behind them, the young king jumped the prince in a tight hug.
While laughing, Osayi hugged him back just as tight. "Missed you too, Rico. Even while I was being ignored."
"I'm sorry," Ísar mumbled into the taller boy's shoulder. "There was too much happening."
