Capítulo 113: Last Day of Samantha and Lena

Jack parked his car and sighed, looking up at the apartment. The long day had been filled with obstacles, from securing a warehouse with DL to dealing with his thoughts on the Bean family's control over the police. His mind buzzed with Cherry's advice and the steps he'd need to take. But as he walked up to the door, he decided to set aside his worries for now.

Inside, Jack spotted Samantha and Lena lounging in the living room. As he stepped in, both women looked up, smiles lighting their faces.

"Hey, Jack," Samantha greeted, setting down her phone. "You're back. How'd it go?"

"Not bad," Jack replied, running a hand through his hair as he took a seat across from them. "I'll fill you in later. But first, how did things go with the house?"
