After the forfeited match, Aeon fought against a Demonic Artifact User who owns a Demonic Artifact named Nightmare Orb.
That artifact's speciality was to induce nightmares in the user's opponents as long as the user provided the opponents' blood to the Nightmare Orb.
Since Aeon never actively participated in the fights and only let his Crystal Avatar fight for him, it was a piece of cake for him to defeat his opponent because Crystal Avatars don't have blood.
However, Aeon's opponent was quick.
Before the King of Shadows could assassinate him, he forfeited the match and disappeared from the Battlefield.
