Capítulo 242: The Big Show

"Do you need company? Someone to cheer you up?" The bartender asked with a suggestive glance at the skimpily dressed ladies that have been eyeing Roy since he walked in.

Roy followed his gaze to where he was smiling at and was about to turn away when his eyes caught sight of someone and his weary face crumpled in a frown.

Wasn't that one of Mr Brandon's servants? What was she doing here, dressed like that? She looked no different from the regular call girls frequenting bars.

Was she in such desperate need of money? Didn't Mr Brandon pay his staff well? 

He quickly dismissed the idea, recalling the generous amount Mr Brandon used to pay  him when he was Charles's tutor. 

It seemed unlikely that the girl was in any financial straits. 

If that was the case, was Mr Brandon aware of what she did in her spare time? Did he know she moonlighted in bars, scantily clad and seeking male attention?
