Capítulo 28: Challange

Well... um, I didn't necessarily want to be the representative; I just came here to get some fighting experience

As Tim escorted Rio down from the ring, his arm draped over his shoulder for support, George's stern voice broke through my thoughts.

"Using Kainen isn't allowed on campus," he warned firmly.

I met his gaze evenly. "I didn't use Kainen," I replied.

"You'd better not," George retorted, his expression unreadable. "Let's not waste time. These guys came here to train, not watch a fight."

With that, he assumed his fighting stance.

I closed in, ready to strike.

His foot swung from the left.

I dove and closed the distance, then pulled back my arm for a swing.

My fist shot up in an uppercut, but he pulled back from the range of my strike with a grimace.

I pulled back, regaining my stance.

"You're fast," he said.

"You have time to talk?"
