POV: Sally Jackson
I was playing with my baby when I heard a very loud roar, I turned around, activated my Celestial Bronze Spear, and I saw this monster, about 2. 50 meters tall, not counting the horns, probably more than half a meter long, and a bull's head, looking like that bodybuilding, with just muscles and more muscles, and a bull's head, and brown hair everywhere, on that sunny afternoon, the sun was strong, so it was no problem to see it clearly, even from about 30 meters away, I could smell its pungent, scrotum and rotten smell. It looked like meat that had been left out in the sun for days. In its hand was a huge axe, surely the Minotaur. I looked at Percy and said:
"Run, Percy!" Seeing that he was going to argue, I spoke up. "NOW, PERSEUS HEITOR JACKSON, DON'T DISOBEY ME, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, NOW GO." I said a little impatiently, seeing the monster coming towards us, he was slow, but certainly faster than Percy or me carrying him, I had to fight, I turned back to Percy, he was still in the same place, I despaired and gave him a weak push. "NOW!!!" She shouted in desperation, with that he took off running. I turned to the Minotaur, he was just over 5 meters away, and he came running, he lowered his bull's head and pointed those horns that looked like two spears, but he was very predictable, and he only had one direction, forward, I waited for 4, 3, 2, then dodged and hit him in the ankle, he gave a deafening roar of pain, and turned back to me, my plan was to tire him out, and hurt him little by little, without direct confrontation, that's when I heard a scream, a scream that chilled my soul:
"AAIIIII..." When I turned around, I saw a Hellhound with blood-red eyes and black hair, not very big, about the size of an adult Rottweiler, it was just a puppy, biting his left shoulder, while MY SON was struggling on the ground, but the dog weighed around 60 kg, it was too heavy for him to lift, running to protect my little one, he let go of Percy, and came running to my side, and jumped towards me, I dodged to the right and hit the spear on the side of his head just below the ear, he crumbled into dust, run to Percy, he was bleeding so much.
"OH MY GODS." I shouted in desperation, seeing the amount of blood oozing from the wound, the bite was strong and although it wasn't a very big Hellhound, it was still a wound. "Percy, I didn't tell you to RUN." I said, scolding him.
"Mom, she... she's too fast, I can't, she runs so fast." He said with difficulty. "Sorry." She said sadly, looking down at the floor. Only he could apologize when it was my fault.
"It's all right my son, it's all right, the important thing is that you're all right, I'm here now, and I love you. AA..AIIII." It was at that moment that I felt a great pain in my back.
POV: Perseus Heitor Jackson
I was apologizing to my mother, I had my head down when she let out a scream of pain, I was startled and looked up, and right behind her was that giant monster, I looked at my mother and her shirt ripped down the front, right between her breasts a bloody horn came out, I looked at my mother's face again and she spat blood, and fell to the ground.
"NOOOOOOOOOO, my mommy noooooooo." I scream in despair, I look at that grotesquely muscular "beast", at that moment I grab that gun of my mother's that I don't know the name of, with my right arm, because the bite of that "MEANIE DOGGY" was on my left arm almost at the shoulder, incapacitating my movements. The gun was very light, and I went for the "bug". He was surprised and slapped me with his other hand, which wasn't holding that weird weapon. From then on I remember very little.
POV: 3rd Person
Perseus, in his moment of fury, lunges at the Minotaur, grabs his mother's Celestial Bronze spear and rushes at the monster, who, taken by surprise by the little demigod's sudden attack, strikes him back with his right hand, the other of which was holding the double-edged axe, and throws our little Hero a few meters away, who hits a nearby tree while the spear flies a long way, he feels much more pain than the bite, he had certainly broken several ribs on impact.
He lets out a shrill cry of pain and falls to the ground. He sits up with difficulty and rests his back on the trunk of the tree. The Minotaur's bellowing makes him look up again, and he sees the beast just 2 meters away, crouched with its horns towards him, coming at him at full speed, there would be no time to dodge, so he jumps, and using the Minotaur's elongated bovine snout as a springboard, he goes up, somersaulting in the air, and falling on the monster's back, he grabs the monster's horns. The Minotaur continued in his direction, running into the tree and ripping it out of the ground with the speed of the impact. Now that Percy was on top of the animal, he could feel his eyes stinging from the rotten smell the animal gave off, it was horrible, surely a bath wouldn't be enough.
The Minotaur was stunned by the force of the impact, but our hero grabbed the Minotaur by the left horn with both hands and pulled back with all his might. The Minotaur began to jump, spin around and tried to catch him with his big, meaty hands, but he was out of the monster's reach.
"YOU LITTLE MONSTER, YOU HURT MY MOMMY." Shouts our little Hero, and ignoring the absurd pain he was feeling from his injuries, he uses all his strength and pulls the horn back is.... CRACK... and echoing between the boy's screams and the bestial monster's roar, the hero falls off the monster's back with a 30 cm horn in his little hands. The monster, seeing that his horn has been broken, turns to the boy with tremendous fury, and charges at him, but now our hero is not unarmed, he waits 5 meters 4, 3, 2 and instead of dodging he throws himself at the beast, our hero also overcome by homicidal hatred, so they collide. The little hero is thrown about 6 meters from where the collision took place and flies down next to his mother, who was still breathing but was badly injured, and the Minotaur feels nothing, it just explodes into dust.
The boy drags himself to his mother, ignoring all the injuries and several broken bones, reaching his mother's body, which was bleeding from the ears, mouth and nose.
POV: Perseus Heitor Jackson
I was on the ground, with an unbearable pain in my body, everywhere, but that monster was gone, in fact it exploded into dust, I hope it doesn't come back. It was then that I remembered my mother, I look to my left and see her lying on the floor breathing very weakly, I crawl across the floor to her, and look at her chest wound, it was purple around all that dried blood, she had lost a lot of blood. I look at him and say:
"-ma..mama I'm sowwy, sowwy I was weak, I should have pwotected you, I AM A COWALD." He says, crying on top of his mother's already unconscious body, who opens her eyes at that moment and fakes her son out with a mixture of pride and worry, because he's very badly hurt too. Then she says the last words of her life, before entering the Elysian Gardens.
"You're not a coward, my son, do you understand?" She asks and he nods, and she continues. "I love you Perseus! Be strong my son." Saying this, she closes her eyes for the last time in this incarnation.
"NOOOOOOOO MOMMY, MOMMY, WAKE UP MOMMY." In despair, he shakes the lifeless body of Athena's daughter and continues. "I LOVE YOU MOM, I LOVE YOU, COME BACK PLEASE, COME BACK, come back, come back." Then exhaustion and injuries take their toll, and he falls into darkness. But first he sees that three lights have taken over the place. He faints.
POV: 3rd Person
The first light was sea green, and out of it came a tall man of 1.85 and apparently 22 years old, with black hair, sea green eyes, and a muscular, tanned body, wearing simple clothes, a black polo shirt and white surfer shorts and black flip-flops. A column of flames came out of the other and a little girl a little taller than Perseus, apparently 8 years old, very white and with hair literally the color of fire, and eyes that showed hope and power and that a fireplace brings on a cold night, her face was beautiful and angelic. She wore a simple Greek dress, but beautiful red. And out of the last brown light came a woman around 25 years old with the posture of a Queen, with many curves that left her with a perfect body, a beautiful face, with powerful and beautiful brown eyes and hair of the same color, 1.70, her white skin highlighted the black dress in Greek style. The 8-year-old girl stepped forward and put her hand on Perseus' forehead, his body burst into flames, but the others didn't change their expressions, just showing mourning, pity and pain. When the fire dies down, the hero's body is intact and his clothes are back to normal. The girl speaks up:
"He's cured, I think we should take him to Olympus." Says the Goddess of the Fireplace, showing confidence in her childlike voice.
"I agree sister, but I don't have the patience for arguments, Zeus and I have been in a bad way lately." Says the God of the Seas, impatiently
"But you know he's very powerful and needs special training, the camp isn't his place now, he needs to go to Olympus." Says the child goddess firmly.
"I've already told you that I agree, Hestia, but I don't have the patience to deal with Zeus' dramas." Says Poseidon, he knew his son's place was on Olympus even though he wanted him at sea, where it was safe for the moment, not with a future and very likely war at sea. And he knew he could trust his sisters and that certain goddess who drives him crazy.
"Let me deal with my husband, brother, I know you want to take him to sea, but it's very likely that war will come to you in the next few years, and with that ex-wife of yours wanting him dead, it's better to leave him with us in Olympus and I'll take care of him myself." Seeing the look of astonishment and amusement on his face, she rolls her eyes and continues anticipating the same question. "Yes, I hate everyone but this one, he... he... okay, I LIKE THIS DEMIGOD, are you satisfied?" Seeing that Poseidon wanted to laugh at her sister for assuming this, she slaps him upside the head and looks at him ugly, who shrinks back and nods, then the goddess thinks to herself: "How come this idiot never changes." "Good, he'll stay with me in my palace. "Said the goddess, looking at Poseidon and challenging him to question, he doesn't question but raises his hand like a pre-school child - how can he be one of the most powerful gods?" thought Hera, amused but not showing it. "Ask Poseidon." Says the goddess with amusement.
"Hera, the boy has just lost his mother, I don't know if she'll react very well to that, so I think it's best to leave him with Hestia in her palace for the time being." The god said, but seeing Hera's incredulous look, he added. "I'm not saying you're a bad mother, well Hephaestus would disagree... AAIIII." The god of the seas complains after being slapped on the head by his sister, and continues. "OK, OK, I'll leave it on one condition!" says the god.
"What?" asks the Goddess incarnate.
"He stays with me on weekends!" The Goddess rolls her eyes but agrees to this requirement! "Great, I can't wait to train him." Poseidon says excitedly.
"I'm glad you two will work it out, I'm glad." Hestia says with a little sparkle in her eyes, but they darken a little. "What are we going to do with Sally's body?" asks the goddess regretfully. The goddess asks sorrowfully.
"Let's give her a Queen's burial." Says Poseidon, he loved her for a while, he made her forget about a certain gray-eyed Goddess, "Let's wait for Perseus to wake up, explain everything to him, it'll be quite a shock, I don't know how much Sally told him about us Gods." He says seriously, and the two goddesses nod, and he continues. "Will the funeral be at Olympus or at the camp?" asks the God.
"I think it's better in the Camp, she considered that place her home, always." says Hestia, who looks at Hera, who confirms with a positive nod. "We'd better go to Olympus, Zeus will want a meeting about young Perseus. And this little one will wake up soon." Saying this, she disappears in flames, followed by Hera carrying Perseus and Poseidon, all of whom have gone to Hera's palace on Olympus.
