A highly contagious virus had been rapidly spreading throughout the impoverished slums, posing a grave threat to the health and well-being of its inhabitants. Despite the tireless efforts of skilled herbalists, alchemists, and physicians, no effective solution had been found to combat this deadly virus. The situation was dire, as those who entered the slums were never heard from again, leaving their fate unknown and causing great concern among the rest of the community.

It has come to the attention of the Citizens that there may have been orders given by the King for his soldiers to take action against individuals found outside of the Slums. It has been reported that those who have entered the Slums may be required to remain there until they can overcome the Virus. Furthermore, it appears that the Slums have been secured by the soldiers.
