Capítulo 36: You are ready
Amelia went to the B base and back between her two bases. The winter refused to come but there are good news. Old Mo successfully bought the little sister who is actually 72 years old and they now live happily together. Amelia took his money without feeling any shame. Who asked him to covet her things?
Their scheme to give thousands of guns and bullets to the great army paid off. The army is planning on using the weapons to win the war.
Zhu Li has made a beta internal system for the armor. Amelia was very impressed, she was right to trust this Zhu girl. The outer armor is complete but it is very heavy and needs the complete system to function. It is safe to say alien technology is very complicated.
Amelia doesn't forget to check on her elder sister's condition and whether the girl is leaving for B base yet. What Amelia doesn't understand is that usually, a heroine or a lead will have pride equal to the skies. So how can she stay in the property owned by the person she loathes enough to make an auth of death against?
Logically speaking, she should have pulled on her leg and left to dig a hole outside to live in so she will be more at ease. That is the cool painting style that leads use to gain more pain so they will have people to trample on later after they are stronger. Why is this one lacking in pride?
Amelia went back to the Zhou family and used the disguise technique to look like a short middle aged man with a crooked tooth.
"I am here to meet miss Zhou."
The guard is getting a headache with these different people all calling themselves 'Bold' everytime they come but they all look completely different. Amelia kept shaking her short arm and the fat jiggles making her laugh happily. The guard looked at this new 'Bold' and thought. "They are all weird people."
He allowed her to enter. Just as she is about to go into the balcony where Zhou An is always seated while reading, a man came and stopped her.
"Who are you?"
"I am Emanuel Bold. Who are you?" Amelia looked at the tall man from her position and grinned. "You must be my father in law."
The man jumped into a fighting stance. "My little girl would never like a thing like you."
The grin on Amelia's face grew sinister. "Who said anything about a girl?"
"Alright, Amy you have had your fun. Look at his face he is about to have a heart attack." Zhou An who had wanted to watch a good show came out from the shodows and pulled Amelia into the balcony. But the large body couldn't go through the door no matter how much she pulled.
"You are about to pull my arm off. What girl has so much strength....I'm warning you. No man would bother to court you if you are stronger than them." Amelia lifted up her stomach and squeezed it together and then went through the door. While her flat back side jiggled slightly.
"Why did you dress like an old man today. The monk wasn't enough?"
"I noticed cameras around your home lately. It seems someone is monitoring your family closely. I can't be found by you know who."
"How are you able to change forms like this?"
"Its something of a sect secret. How goes your progress? Did you recruit the people?"
"Yeah, but the base leader called me to inquire about my methods of activating supernatural powers."
Amelia drank the tea that the staff gave and asked. "What did you say?"
"I said it is the same way that bitch Liang Mei has. Have they bothered her? No! They pick on me because I look easy to bully." She said angrily. Amelia massaged her eyebrows.
"Next time tell them a friend from school sought you out and you told him your father's men were being taken away by a greedy woman and he offered to help." Amelia said pretending not to notice the few men listening in.
Amelia has been taking Zhou An out for training and bringing her back tired and dirty with zombie guts. So the family has been very curious to know who is this person who is training Zhou An and even help to activate powers for her exclusive army.
Seeing a middle aged man they were all scared that she has been deceived but they heard their conversation. It is a little peculiar but as long as Zhou An grows up and stop making trouble every day with nothing to do.
"I have recruited 502 people all recommended by the men under my family, now all you need to do is to help me activate their power." Zhuo An said excitedly.
"Fine, bring me to them. By the way, how many people did your family lose to the other team?" Amy squeezed her large tummy through the door again. Just as An is about to answer, a voice sounded from behind them.
"113 well trained men. The remaining were also considering it." A handsome young man came to the other side of his sister. He extended his hand to shake Amy's hand but she put her hands together and said "Amitabha" with a small bow.
Zhou An touched her on the side with her arm and whispered. "You are not a monk today." She had whispered but Zhou Dali heard her. He then saw the short man realize it. The man smiled and reached out as if to hug him.
"Let me take a look at you, handsome young people are my favorite to cook for meat." She gave him a creepy smile that made him shudder. Zhou An laughed.
"You are not the old witch today." She said laughing until tears came out.
"Right." Amy just gave the young man a thumbs up as greeting.
"I better pick one identity. They are all fighting for dominance in my head." They talk while on the way to the building housing the new members of the Zhou family army.
Amy had already prepared to stay for a long time. First there is a new book to sign that is for subletting. They are under Zhou family but ultimately belong to her own army.
After every one signed they started using the machine from the hospital base to check and then activate. A little over 200 were without spirit root so she gave them the desired fruit however, the stock is running out now. She had to take a few space and plant type power spirit root fruits as well from the pile she doesn't touch so she can give it to her army.
With the new space soil, she will probably have the fruits soon. The ones she has in abundance are the golden banana fruits but she made them use the potion to cleans instead of the precious golden fruit.
Her potion is very effective, not to mention there is golden banana fruits mixed in there to the new potion. It's not too much but it is enough to help these people improve their talent.
When the ones who got spirit root fruits woke up, they had to go through a round of cleansing. A week in and the results were already obvious.
The war finally started on the other side of the country. Meanwhile Zhou An is being pestered by all the leaders in the base to share her secrets of giving people supernatural power. They have tried to interrogate the soldiers but they got nothing.
They were not even able when they used mind reading skills on them. In the meantime Amelia gave her one shadow guard to take her group training in the chaotic lands of the North. Slowly, the two of them managed to lure in 3000 people to be under her (Zhou An) leadership.
The base gave her a site to construct a few buildings so she can house her people. Of course she bribed them with two pills that can regrow limbs. A member of the group got trampled when they were running and lost a leg.
She calmy took out a silver pill in the middle of the street and the man's leg regrew in front of everyone. The streets were buzzing about the miraculous medicine in the hands of the Zhou princess. Her father came to demand she gives him but she refused and said she can give him if he helps her acquire land inside the base to build homes for her men.
The buildings were constructed by the use of super powers so it took less time. The group went all over the North looking for materials and ended up with everything they can possibly need to live in their new buildings. There are no indoor pools but moderate sized jacuzzi was suggested by Amelia.
A month later, the heroine came back. When she came back she found everything upside down. Her people told her that the base has been favouring the Zhou family and how in one month the Zhou family has managed to have over 500 level 6 super powered people.
They even have a vast resort like place where there live on their own. Zhou An has become a prominent figure in the base. She also has miracle medications that can regrow limbs.
When Amelia left Zhou An she told her to keep recruiting and to promote generals who will lead her army for her. It so happens that two of her uncles who retired ftom the army due to injuries can now be cured and help her manage the soldiers.
The first 3000 grew to 7000 and it didn't seem to stop. The only problem is the shortage of the spirit root fruit otherwise who knows how many soldiers Zhou family will have in their hands? Her extended maternal family also moved to live with her in the luxurious flats she had built.
Amelia gave Zhou An's mother a new addition to the mystic plants. It's mutated carrots.
After eating it once a day for three days. She lost all the access fat and can wear a bikini looking like a model. After she took the tomatoe as well, she looked as young as her daughter. This made Zhou An happy when her mother became happy and confident again.
Her husband is beside himself seeing his wife's changes. The wife on the other hand doesn't want him in her chambers unless he cleans his ways.
The Zhou princess is very busy these days she even forgot to find the ex fiance making him displeased. He thinks she is just playing tricks and will eventually come back to begg him but she has finally gotten the taste if power. Zhou An is no longer the same spoiled princess of the past.
Amelia would show up out of the blue and throw her in the middle of a group of zombies making her personality change drastically. From the dread she felt in the beginning to calmly taking down her enemies without panic. This progress pleased Amelia to no end. She looked at Zhou An in the eyes and smiled like flower. She said something that made Zhou An swell up in pride. "You are ready."
No one knew how hard it is to get a complement out of this woman.
She didn't have anymore spirit root fruits to help the untalented but she is able to hire normal people to work in her buildings reducing the people living the slums by a large margin.
Amelia believes she has created an obstacle for Liang Mei to play with so she will go ahead and find that Northen depo and the army base.

It has been a month of up and down but finally, Amelia has finished a branch of power and extra income for herself. She is without her most prized resources but she has made things difficult for her dear sister.
You can help 'some' people activate super powers? Well, I can give people super powers. It sounds refreshing. She really wished to be a fly and watch as Liang Mei pulls her hair in frustration.
Amelia sold the smart bracelets to Zhou An and her close people with 12000 crystal nucleus level one not level two like the others. All they needed to do was go North and hunt zombies.
Amelia took back her shodow guard because someone with natural shadow power in the Zhou soldiers had reached level 7 not long ago. He can open a wormhole for short distances and soon more people will get there. Amelia didn't stop supplying the potion to all of the bases.
It is cheap to make, very effective and can save her precious resources that she doesn't want to give to people.
Amelia went to the prison base. It is very different from the old gloomy place from before. There is a market in the north of the base after the range of factories. A row of four storey buildings to 8 storey buildings were recently built there for the purpose of conducting business.
The clothes and food from the factories will be sold here. One building is turned into a restaurant another a bar the other is turned into a brothel. The rest will be rented out to businesses but this is an Island, it might not be easy to get own products to sell for regular members.
One of the factories is going to make alcohol. The factory chosen is large enough to make difference types of alcohol. All the recipes are the same as the past but now with a purified crystal nucleus in the ingredients.
The recipe she has been gunning for was hacked into the old company's online acounts and now she can make the most revered alcohol beverage in the world. Beer.
She didn't change this recipe because for some reason it didn't go well with the crystal nuclei. She pushed for the plantation of the main ingredients and waited for the money to roll in.
Zhu Li gave her many signal jammers which will interfere with any recording device into the business area. She even restore the old telephone lines inside the factory offices so they will still have a way to communicate with the outside world.
Amelia doesn't want to lose her business secrets to the competition. Seeing everything is going according to order, she took 10 shadow guards and 5 high level space users.
A moment later she is tanding in the middle of what seems to be a graveyard. She thinks so because of all the white bones. Not white themselves but the snow falling on top of them makes the entire place seem eerie.
She looked aside and saw a young girl shaking her face as if she is trying to get the feeling back. "Xiang are you cold?" Amelia smiled looking at the girl.
"Leader, my power is Shodow, how can I be cold." She means to say shadow is darkness and darkness has cold properties. Just as she spoke she lost feeling on one of her cheeks. She instinctively rased her hand and slapped it back to life.
"Yu Min, your girlfriend is embarrassing herself in front of the leader a gain."
"I am not his girlfriend. Xin Yan stop being a gossipy mouth. Or I'll feed you this grave snow." Xiang picked up snow and ran after the one named Xin Yan."
They teleport again and this time it is further up the north and the cold is even more intense in this place. In the novel, the B base was attacked in the middle of winter. This time Liang Mei will not have an overwhelming contribution during the fight and become a base leader by default.
Not to mention the Wei family is still strong, since Liang Mei did not meet the other male lead in the village this time she is also still dating the man with a fiance making her image not very good in the eyes of the old fashioned Wei brothers.
The Wei family has the biggest army in the base followed by the Xu family that was in the medical herbs business previously. They had connections with cultivating families which is how they manage to put together men power to stand firm in the base.

Amelia warned Zhou An to report the situation of the North to the base leaders so they can prepare. This alone will save many lives.
The depo is said to be in a forest so they prepared a lot of equipment. The group kept teleporting until the large structures are visible.
"Get in formation. Take out your weapons." Amelia stood at the head of 15 people as they made enough space between themselves so they can fight freely.
The ground trembled everyone held their breath. In a distance from them hundreds of normal cats sized mice came running with red eyes and ferocious momentum making people take an involuntary step back.
Amelia's heart sank. Could they have eated all the grain stored here? What is the point of it all then?
She felt angered to no end and ran to meet the bastards mid way long blade in hand and her killing Intent exposed completely. The long knife emitted an invisible layer of light that is the space power she used to extend the length of her blade. When she cut down, tens of mice die with each swing.
Blood, guts and horrible screeching sounds made by the mice sounded. Seeing their leader who usually play around with them become shrouded in a murderous aura that made some of the mice fall down directly, the team doubled their efforts and killed as many mice as they came across.
Even with the size so big, it is not possible to avoid every scratch and every bite. The people in the hospital base know to focus on the fight when facing enemies. Finish them faster so that you can take the medication and be cured.
The pressure is not as heavy as for those from other bases who have to ensure no scratch lands on them as they fight or they will lose the will to fight directly in the middle of battle when they realize they have been scratched too deeply or bitten by a zombified beast like this one.
The group got fierce and focused to finish the fight before the virus gets too deeply in their system. The problem is the mice is not reducing in quantity. Amelia came back to the group and did a mass healing with her green light.
The people who were worried a moment ago became more energetic and fought until the last mice. "Shouldn't there be a rat king?" Xiang said in puzzlement.
The earth shook again and a large mice with silver eyes came running with the wind. "Jinx" Xi Yan said glaring at Xiang.
"Anyone feeling up to it? That guy is very fast. This is good for practice." Yu Min came forward. Straight back and a heroic posture. Amelia used her master bracelet to document the fight.
The group gave Min some space and he ran up to the king with fast speed. Amelia made sure not to miss anything while videotaping. She even changed positions to get a better angle. Seeing the face not captured she released the two recording robots on each side of the wrist band.
The bee sized robots flew according to her instructions and captured the fight perfectly from the front. The mice king and Yu Min fought fiercely. The mice would occasionally release wind blades that cut deep into Min's skin.
"Use the shadow body when you are under attack." Amelia advised.
Yu Min did as told and the blade in his hand fell to the ground. He is still not at a high enough level to affect the real world while in shadow body. He changed back and made a long scythe with the shadows. It looked haunting and sinister.
The mice king started getting cut in deep gashes during this time making the team happy. The beast didn't give up but it's eyes became brighter. A moment later it exploded trying to take out their entire team together. However, there is a transparent space barrier covering everyone in the team. The ground shook and the nearby buildings cracked. That was a level 6 at least. It exploded such a powerful nuclei.
The group fell into the earth when the mice king exploded, it also destroyed the nearby land making it cave in. They found themselves in a cave.
There are lights on the wall even though they are off it means possible human structures nearby. Amelia sent her mental power and found the layer of the mice so this is where they managed to hide from the cold. Amelia healed Yu min.
They walked further into the rabbit hole and finally found two large mental doors blocking their way. She first checked the group to see if no one else is injured.
Xi Yan shook in fear, "Such a large explosion. I didn't know they can do that."
"It happens, so stay alert when fighting beasts or powerful zombies. They don't know what is giving up and relenting. Only winning and destroying the enemy. That is the law of the primitive, never mistake them for a despairing enemy." Amelia warned.
"Yes leader."
"Yu Min, are you okay?"
"I'm a bit shaken up." He admitted.
Amelia pushed Xiang towards him. "Go give him a hug." Xi Yan laughed at the leader's actions. The previous tense situation became a bit relaxed.
"I wonder if the depo is in there?" Miko who is a space power looked at the large gates with anticipation.
"Probably not. I can't scan this place which means there is some unspeakable secrets inside. The depo was probably eaten by the rats." Amelia sighed in disappointment.
