Capítulo 57: New Genomancer

Ren watched as Nishino opened the lid of the container holding the monster gene fluid. She then slowly lifted the container. Tension enveloped Ren as Nishino drank the monster gene fluid.

After a few gulps, the Sawari Neko gene fluid was gone.

Ren observed Nishino closely, waiting for the monster gene fluid to take effect.

Sure enough, a few seconds later, Nishino began coughing. Her coughs grew worse, making Ren worry.

"Gahk," Nishino coughed hard, blood spilling from her mouth.

"Nishino!" Ren rushed to the girl. However, he was unsure what to do.

At that moment, Nishino suddenly hugged Ren tightly. Ren hugged her back. Gradually, Nishino's coughing subsided.

A strange feeling spread within Ren. He felt his body slowly weakening. This feeling grew stronger until Ren realized it was the drain touch.

"Nishino, control your power!" Ren shouted.
