"W— w— w— wife?" Janet managed to ask, but more of a screech, I honestly don't know if that woman knew how to speak normally.

"I don't think she's a bright one," Riley chuckled as she nudged Cassandra with an elbow. 

Cassandra simply shook her head and smiled. 

"He can't be married to you! You work for his wife, don't you!" Janet accused as she pointed in my direction. "Did he give you that cushy job before or after he fucked you?"

"I don't work for his wife," I said with a shrug. "I am his wife."

I held Janet's gaze as she refused to accept the truth that was laid out in front of her. 

"Don't lie!" she hissed.

"Janet!" Jason shouted at her from his knees. 

"What?" Janet asked as she glared at her lover. "Don't tell me that you believe what this whore is saying. Alexander Harris is not married and if he were it wouldn't be to this cunt!"

"You're on social media all the time, Janet, you saw the photos," Jason grumbled.
