Capítulo 41: Decide To Leave

The atmosphere at the underground base camp had lost its cheer from the previous night. That night, the atmosphere was so quiet and eerie. 

The adventurers who survived tried to enjoy their tasteless dinner in silence. They looked like bodies without souls.

Nobody talked about their significant loss today. The loss of many comrades in arms hit them hard. 

This morning, nearly forty Adventurers were leaving Basecamp to fight with Victor. Unfortunately, only ten returned, and almost all of them were injured.

John had to lose his hand. 

Zoey reduces half of her strength.

Their most significant loss was the absence of the Mages who could heal them. Now, they rely solely on medicines and potions available at the base camp to treat their wounds.

The pitiful thing is John. He would probably lose his hand entirely if they didn't take him to the city immediately for quick medical attention.
