Capítulo 2513: Chapter 1749 S: Apocalypse Major Event (Sixteen)_1

"While dark energy is good, the act of transporting it from this cosmos to another seems pointless." Harley looked at Little Bruce and explained, "Since this cosmos has ways into the dark world, surely our cosmos has ways in too. It might even be under Gotham as well. If we go home and look carefully, we can probably find it."

"And what do you intend to do?" Helen asked.

"Didn't you notice that the armor of the guy who just came over here is a bit special?" Harley's eyes widened slightly as she recounted her observations, "I've infused the dark energy I got onto my blade, which should've provided it with substantial power, but it merely left some marks on his gauntlet."

"Isn't that normal? Didn't they say they have an advanced civilization? The dude might be a middleman of sorts, so him having a strong armor wouldn't be surprising." Helen replied.

However, at this point, Little Bruce furrowed his brow, saying, "No, I agree with Harley. There's something off with that armor. I know just how powerful this dark energy is."

"In that dark world, the deities controlling these energies hold a high standing." Little Bruce sat crossed-legged on the ground, dipping his finger in a puddle of water nearby, drawing as he explained, "I've experienced the power of Nyarlathotep, but the guy stood his ground against Nyarlathotep in the psychic battlefield without losing. This indicates that his life form is completely different from those in the cosmos, and his origin power is much stronger than the energy used by the civilizations within the cosmos."

"So you want to get your hands on this ultra-dense metal?" Helen asked.

"No, his resistance to the attacks is not due to the strength of the metal." Spider-Man suddenly interjected, "When I knocked him away using the door, I clearly saw his arm guard ripple in response to the impact. It was this strange power that absorbed the blow."

Helen and Harley exchanged a glance before simultaneously saying, "Enchanted metal!"

"I don't think it's a perfect magical metal." Harley shook her head and added, "But it looks okay, at least it's worth referencing for its defensive power."

"Absolutely, it can even withstand the attacks of Gotham's dark energy. I need to know what's going on." Little Bruce said, lowering his voice.

"Um, what the hell are we discussing right now?" Spider-Man interrupted them, glancing back at Barry who was still lying on the ground, "Shouldn't we be looking for a way out of here and finding a safe place?"

"Give me a break, aliens are invading Earth, is there even a safe place?" Harley retorted, rolling her eyes slightly, "We might as well take the initiative and seize this opportunity to get a few benefits."

"I've no objections." Helen agreed, adding, "Since we're here, we might as well see what the powerful aliens of this cosmos are capable of."

"No matter what you say, I have to go see for myself." Little Bruce furrowed his brows, speaking with a serious look, "In the future, he will be a major enemy of mine. I can't take a gamble assuming that the aliens from our world are not interested in Earth."

"Alright, alright, but what about those two?" Spider-Man turned his head to look at Aisha, who was squatting on the ground, looking curiously at Barry.

Barry didn't show any signs of waking up, but from his furrowed brow, it was obvious that his struggle with the force within him had reached a critical stage. Aisha was younger than the rest of them and seemed rather naive, taking the two of them along was extremely risky.

At this point, Harley crouched back down to analyze the patterns Little Bruce was drawing. "I've fought with that weirdo earlier, and I've gathered two conclusions from him."

All of them huddled around, listening intently as Harley explained. Harley dipped her hand in water, then started drawing two separate circles on the ground, pointing at one of them she said, "First, he recognizes us. I mean, he knew exactly who he was targeting - us, instead of just bumping into us by chance."

"I noticed that too, the small screen he pulled out - could that possibly be some sort of detector? But what's the threshold?"

"We'll discuss that later, the second thing I noticed was that he didn't seem to want to kill us, more likely, he wanted to capture us alive."

A brief silence fell upon the group, they exchanged glances, and Helen shook her head, "I don't see any common points among us, I'm not even a human from this cosmos."

"We all share the same power." Little Bruce chimed in, "If my observations were correct, the book Harley was carrying absorbed a vast amount of dark energy, then delivered the refined energy to us."

"You received it too?" Harley asked, looking surprised as she glanced at Little Bruce, who seemed calmer, his eyes no longer displaying the cryptic texts as prominently as before.

Little Bruce nodded and said, "If my guess is correct, Barry and I are experiencing the same thing - the power of the Outer God and the dark energy in my body are currently balancing each other out. They're merging."

"Then why didn't you..."

"My willpower is much stronger than his. As long as I don't want to faint, nobody can make me faint." Little Bruce waved it off, "That's not the main point, the main point is - do we possess enough power to obtain what we desire?"

After saying this, he looked at Helen and Spider-Man, making it clear that it was time they revealed all they had to offer.

If they wanted to carry out this operation together, they had to know just how strong their partners were. Even though everyone wanted to obtain as much as possible, if they got greedy and went after something beyond their reach, it could bring about total disaster.

Helen cleared her throat, "Believe it or not, in this state, I can't even utilize one ten-millionth of my power. But to revert to my original form would attract far too much attention."

"So you're not human?" Little Bruce raised an eyebrow.

"That depends on how you define 'human'." Helen shrugged, speaking with nonchalance, "One of my fathers is the smartest human on Earth in my universe, and the other is the smartest god of the God Clan. I grew up in human society and found nothing wrong with it, but I know very well that there's much more to my origins. My true form has no relation to humans at all."

"So what is it then?" Harley asked curiously.

"It's hard to explain to you, but I think you won't get a chance to see it if you're just sneaking around alien lands to steal technology."

"What about your power at its peak?"

"The Sun is only enough to stick in a tooth gap." Helen made a face, "Once, when severely starved, I consumed several star systems in one gulp."

"That sounds quite dangerous." Spider Man shivered.

"So, it seems that the size of your true form must exceed that of a star. It's quite conspicuous indeed, but it would give you an advantage in a direct fight. You are not the type that only has a massive size but does not possess speed, right?"

"I don't know how fast I am, but I have never seen anyone faster than me." Helen smiled, "In all respects, I don't even know where my limits are, as long as I want to be stronger..."

"And..." Helen hesitated before adding, "Although I have never died, I instinctively feel that I am immortal. So, in the face of extreme adversity, I just have to swallow all of you and then run. No one can destroy me."

Every single one of Helen's abilities sounded exaggerated, and Little Bruce was half-convinced. He stared at Helen's face for a while, then said, "I can sense that you are not lying, but it's a bit shocking."

Helen nodded, "One of my fathers conducted a series of experiments on me... Don't misunderstand, it was solely to test the limits of my abilities. But the result he got was that I might be a perfect life form."

"The perfection lies not in the fact that I am powerful by nature, but in my ability to evolve infinitely. I can adapt to any harsh environment or method of attack in just a few fractions of a second, and evolve corresponding abilities in a few seconds."

"Incredible." Harley commented.

"But there are weaknesses." Helen sighed, "You should be able to figure it out. This kind of exaggerated evolutionary ability needs to be honed in extremely harsh environments to continuously evolve various powerful abilities. However, I have been well protected since birth and have not participated in any serious battles, so all I possess are extremely physical capabilities and an innate ability to manipulate energies."

Everyone nodded in understanding. At this moment, Aisha "thump thump thump" ran over and knelt on the ground, looking up at them with bright eyes, seemingly curious about what they were discussing.

Spider Man pulled Aisha over, patting her head, "Before we left, I promised the butler of Wayne Manor to protect her well."

"I protect you!" Aisha yelled.

"Okay, okay, you protect me." Spider Man coaxed Aisha like a child, patting her head. Meanwhile, Little Bruce looked at Aisha's vertical pupils and fangs, "If I'm not mistaken, this child must also have an astonishing origin. She doesn't seem very human."

"I am human! My dad is human, so I am human!" Aisha began to shout again, and Harley waved at her. Aisha jumped into her arms.

Just as Little Bruce was about to question her about her appearance, Harley said, "Her eyes have heterochromia, her teeth are misaligned and we are planning to get a dentist to straighten them, her delayed language development is due to autism. Any other questions?"

Little Bruce retracted the hand he had just extended. He opened his mouth but didn't know what to say and eventually asked, "So, what abilities does this peculiar human girl have?"

"I'm very powerful!" Aisha jumped up and said, "Be careful, or I'll bite you!"

"Come on, Aisha." With a tug of her arm, Harley calmly said, "Seriously, I've never seen any ability you have other than biting people. Surely you possess some unique functions, right? Otherwise, why would your father always worry about you hurting others?"

"He's just worried I'll bite people." Aisha shrieked a few times, then quieted down and said, "I can do it, I can..."

"You can do what?"

Aisha hesitated for a long time. Her limited vocabulary and disorganized language system made it impossible for her to accurately express her abilities. Finally, out of options, she tugged on Spider Man, who was next to her, and looked him straight in the eyes.

A faint yellow light emerged from Aisha's vertical pupils. The next second, Spider Man screamed, stepping back and falling to the ground.

"My God, what just happened?!" Helen quickly rushed over to help Spider Man up. She reached out and felt cold sweat seeping through his uniform from his back.

Spider Man gradually steadied himself, sitting straight on the ground, his chest heaving as he gasped for air. He looked at Aisha with fear in his eyes.

Little Bruce looked at him and asked, "What's wrong?"

"I, I just felt an overwhelming fear..."
