That this place was only going to bring misery and problems to her.

She has acted bravely and negligently in the past and always ended up creating trouble for herself. 

With Zephyr's clear warning and his anxiousness about her safety, she didn't want to add to their plates.

Placing her hand on her trembling heart, she turned on her heels. She started walking towards the hospital, increasing her pace because she didn't want to run and give away her fast heartbeat's sounds to anyone, in case those were supernatural beings. 

This time, she indeed wanted to run. Despite her straightforwardness in facing problems, she wanted to run away.

However, luck wasn't on her side this time.

The next thing she knew, she felt someone's gaze on her and dashed into a running sprint. 

'I hate these witches and Gypsies for this very reason. Look where they got me,' Delilah cursed in her head.
