"So where did you learn to ride a bike like that?" Draco asked Delilah when he saw how swiftly she was holding such a heavy bike like a pro biker girl.

"I don't know. Just one day I decided I needed a leeway away from home and that day I knew I would love riding a bike," Katherine said, and Draco chuckled at her weird answer.

"Why is that? Because you won some kind of race?" He asked, and Katherine chuckled at the vague memory.

Did she win some kind of race? Not at all. It was quite the contrary and a little maddening if she was to admit it.

"I fell into a ditch with that bike. Straight into the river," Katherine answered, and Draco looked at the girl, who seemed more interesting the more he talked to her.

"And you weren't scared? Most people I know leave things because of such activities," he commented.
