Lily, now dressed in her nightdress, sat on the bed. She could hear the water making dripping sounds inside the bathroom. She raised her left leg where the anklet was now secured. Lily moved her hand mindlessly on it and smiled; she was happy she went back to look for it.

"Maya..." Lily muttered, hoping that her friend was safe. She wished her master had given her the opportunity to talk to the girl. Lily sighed; the man was just unpredictable, but he was still the one who had saved her.

Lily pushed the pillow on her side up and rested her back on the bed. She thought of the choice she had made tonight; she had chosen Raven over her freedom. The truth is she needed someone to help her, she needed someone reliable.

And to Lily, Raven was the best person to help her. His ways might be too extreme, but after visiting this world, she got to know that in life, only greater evil can fight evil.
