Alexis, her heart pounding in her chest, could tell the man was not budging. His stance was firm. His eyes were devoid of sympathy. What should they do to enter? She knows calling Logan would make him suspicious, but what should she do? 

"I know it is not your business, but you should feel pity for her," Ezra remarked, his voice soft yet firm. "She just lost her mother, and now you're making things hard for her. Do you think it is fair?" 

The man was insistent. "She has already entered here once on the same day. You should also feel sorry for me. I am just doing what I was told." 

How can they enter?
