After the meeting with the WhiteSaber guild concluded, General Floren Mayes immediately texted ChaosBringer about everything that went down in the meeting which was then passed onto 'TheBoss' by ChaosBringer, in one short message.

When ChaosBringer forwarded the message to Leo, he never expected Leo to do much about it, as although Leo had said that he would 'Handle' the West, ChaosBringer did not actually expect him to be involved personally, however, Leo decided to make a move anyways.
