Capítulo 76: Death or accident

After many hours of rest, Ali slowly opened his eyes to the familiar ceiling of his house. He tried to move his body but felt pain coursing through his veins causing him to flinch and suck in a breath of cold air.

"Uncle, you're awake…" A surprised voice broke into Ali's ears, before he heard some footsteps and then came another wave of pain, as someone jumped over his body.

He flinched again and looked at the little girl lying on his chest, and despite all the pain in his mind, his lips couldn't help but curl up a little.

He was currently lying in his guesthouse, the one where all his guards lived. He could remember bits and pieces of conversations from when he was unconscious, where Rocky got him there, since he didn't want to let everyone at home see his current condition and worry. And seeing that he didn't see his sister, Em standing by his bedside, he could guess they didn't know about it till now.
