Rast accepted the decree and read it thoroughly. His eyes widened as he comprehended its contents: an order for Arnulp Varma's arrest and execution, bearing the signature and blood seal of the "Blood of Dragon."

"Your Majesty…" Rast's voice trailed off, disbelief and shock etched across his face.
