Quinlan was only able to manage two full dumplings throughout the entire meal. Even though it was not nearly enough to satisfy his hunger, it was more than enough to completely fill his Golden Core 1st Stage!

"I made it to the second level in barely two bites!"

It was so efficient that even he was taken aback!

"But..." He touched his stomach, still growling in hunger. "I wouldn't be able to survive with the food in this palace. Sooner or later, I'd die of either hunger or Qi overload!"

He already received permission to go around and do quests, after all. Using it as an excuse, he went out of the Lord's place and walked down the road, following the path he took before and heading straight to the Jobs Hall.

"Hmm..."

But along the way, the enticing smell coming from the various food shops along the road made him stop. "Well, eating a bit before working shouldn't hurt."
