Capítulo 89: Demon of the Night

Cate and I had gone into the trees. I glanced over at her grabbing a bunch of grass for a makeshift bed. I shook my head. "I should just fabricate a bed from Mana. The fact that I can't is just bullshit."

Cate snorted. "Ya fucking lazy twat. Just gather some shrubs and tough it out."

I blinked and then turned around without another word. She was right. I just needed to grab some bedding and tough it out. My skin was made of literal fucking Mana which could be turned to stone. To be fully honest, we really didn't need any bedding… It was customary, I guess. 

As I was aimlessly walking through the woods picking up grass like a fucking farm animal, I heard a strange rustling through the trees. I lifted my head up. It was Cate. 

She smiled at me. "You know, you really are looking quite nice tonight. Do you want to do it?"

I blinked. It wasn't like her to be so direct. Combined with the fact that we had not even fucked yet. My eyes narrowed.
